Paloma has had a passion for video production and editing since she was in high school, and spent 8 years as an unscripted TV producer in Los Angeles during and after her undergraduate studies.

Most recently she has used her production skills to highlight benchmark practices from the Texas ACE field in the Stories from the Field series and promote the program’s impact to constituents and legislators, as well as professionally editing the content from the annual Out-of-School Time Initiatives Conference (OSTI-CON) into a virtual showcase.
